Delivery
We will process your purchase order immediately. Some items are in stock and some items are made to order/ordered in.

For items that are ordered in upon purchase/made to order, we aim to deliver them to you within 5-7 working days.

Items that are made to order, sized or altered. We aim to deliver within 14 days (this may vary). We will discuss delivery and alterations with you upon ordering.

Returns
We are sure you will love your item, however we do offer a 7 day money back guarantee if you change your mind or the goods are faulty. Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds on any goods that have been worn, damaged or made bespoke or altered for our customers. Any items returned must be unworn in the original packaging with any relevant Paperwork/documents.

We are not able to offer refunds on earrings for hygiene reasons.

If you decide you would like to return an item please contact us as soon as possible via email for further instructions.

All orders submitted to The Luxury Brand are subject to our terms and conditions and we reserve the right to refuse the sale of any items. If an item you have ordered is out of stock or no longer available you will be offered a full refund.
